What to include in your message
- An order on its way — your Order ID and PIN code.
- A product question — the grade range you work in and the paper you use.
- A damaged or incomplete parcel — photographs of the parcel and contents within 48 hours; an unboxing video is strongly recommended.
- A bulk order — item, quantity and delivery PIN code.
We never ask for a card number, CVV, OTP or screen sharing. Payment happens inside your own UPI app, or in cash to the delivery agent.
